The bridal party all wore matching bowling shoes and the groomsmen attire consisted of bowling shirts under their rented tuxedos. The wedding cake and wedding invitations were all themed for the bowling location as well.

Another simple wedding I attended was in a beautiful park that overlooked a beach near San Diego, Ca. Simple weddings can be so romantic and elegant. The brides dress was billowing in the ocean breeze and the entire wedding party toasted the bride and groom with the finest champagne that was local to the region.

Innovative decorating has adorned many a backyard for the wedding reception. These joyous occasions are sometimes held in the yard of a close relative. More and more brides are choosing this as their primary location since they can spend the savings on catering and flowers.

When planning a simple wedding, it is imperative to voice your desires to the entire family. This will block any pressures to the bride from people wanting her to go into huge debt to have an extravagant wedding that she doesn’t want. The bride and groom’s wishes are paramount and providing their desires are agreed upon then that is all that counts. If they desire to keep the wedding as simple as they can then it is perfectly alright to follow your emotions and try to get everyone involved in making your dream wedding come true.
